Shari Dang | Owner and Principal Coordinator | Founder of Shari Dang Weddings and Couture Weddings Hawaii, has been wedding planning since 2001. She has successfully helped brides and grooms achieve their "dream weddings" with care, enthusiasm, style, and grace.

Paula Jepas | Senior Coordinator |  Has been supporting couples under the direction of Shari Dang for the past seven years.  With twenty years of service in the restaurant industry and event coordination,  Couture Weddings Hawaii relies on her as she plays a vital role at each wedding. She displays a deep passion to ensure all events are seamless.

Casey Anne Johnson  | Assistant Marketing Director | We are delighted to announce her promotion. With graduation anticipating in Spring 2016,  in Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with an interest in Marketing, she has aligned perfectly with  being on Couture Weddings Hawaii's wedding planning team. Her enthusiasm and awareness has helped our company evolve into a fresher image and has attracted new Clients. Casey's experience and " know-how " attitude has helped  our business increase in the past few months.

Phuong Nguyen  |   Senior Coordinator | Phuong has worked with Shari Dang Weddings and Couture Weddings Hawaii for eight years. She has proven to be one of our key facilitators in managing all aspects on wedding day. Her desire to ensure that everything runs smoothly, is key to having her on-board with Couture Weddings Hawaii.

Alea Tanaka Tsai | Operations Manager | She is a key part of our team and oversees duties such as training standards and works to improve quality, productivity and efficiency in our procedures. She also identifies and addresses opportunities for our company. She is a hard worker onsite and readily checks off our “ to - do “ list throughout each event.

Josilu Parongao | Account Manager | She fosters client relationships, answers and follows up with all client queries, handles client communications and sends out all proposals and contracts. She is warm and kind and makes each prospective client feel welcomed and important.
