If you have your ceremony and reception booked, and you’re simply after additional help booking your wedding vendors (e.g. photographer, videographer, cake designer, decor, rentals etc) we can help! You may show us or tell us what you need help with by sending us your wishboard.  Upon reviewing your event, style and your budget, we will consult with our network and provide you with a shortlist of three vendors for each category and using a comparison chart indicate the vendor which best suits your needs and arrange a time for you to meet with them. Once you’ve selected your preferred vendors, we’ll help you to review your package making sure you have all the inclusions you need. This package includes booking the three vendor categories of your choice. Includes: availability inquiries, consultations, vendor short list, comparison chart and contract review.

Fee: $1,200 + Hawai'i State Tax.

Trying to source the perfect venue for you can be the biggest challenge that you may have. Allow us to help. Our extensive database and experience of coordinating weddings in different venues and locations on Oahu will help you put the right foot forward. We’ll spend time discussing your venue in detail, and find out what’s important to you. We’ll talk with you about the pros and cons for your venue shortlist and visit your favorite three venues with you. We can help you get the most out of your venue by highlighting how the venue can be used for maximum impact (lighting, sound and theme). More importantly we’ll liaise with the venue and help review your venue contract to ensure all relevant inclusions are  there, as well as highlight any areas of the contract which may be problematic. Includes: availability inquiries, 3 site visits, venue shortlist, comparison charts and contract review.

This is the package for the bride who does not need wedding planning or wedding day coordination assistance, but is inspired by so many ideas and does not know where to start. This is where we come in! From Vision to Reality, we will integrate your thoughts and ideas with professional insight to create the wedding of your dreams. Starting by showing us your vision by sharing your wish board with us. With this, we can understand your vision, unique style and personality so that we can create a preliminary wedding inspiration board for you (colors and style). Once we have a clear idea of what your style and personality is, we can create an interactive working inspiration board. Up to 5 sessions ( 2 hours per session ), we will make sure your day has a cohesive look and feel to create that beautiful experience. We will also suggest vendors we feel will help to achieve your theme. We love getting to know our clients and building a unique design for each and every one of them. Since your wedding is a reflection of your personality whether that’s playful, fun, romantic, classic or anything in between we will make your day as unique as you for you, your friends, and family to enjoy.

This is the package for the bride, that doesn't know where to start or has made her own plans, believes she has everything handled, but would like an expert to go over everything with her. We will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and etiquette. This is perfect for the bride that wants the guidance of a wedding planner without purchasing a package. 

We provide consultations to walk you through anything and everything to do with your wedding. 

• Three meetings ( up to 2 hours per session ) will be required with Shari Dang, Principal Coordinator; first meeting for notating information and discussing your theme; second meeting will discuss vendors who we believe will pair up best with you; third and final meeting for fine tuning your timeline ( created by you ).
• We invite Skype meetings for our destination couples.

Fee: $600 + Hawaii State Tax.
