Our LOVE Package Includes:

    • Overview (gather and analyze essential information provided by client to determine the requirements and/or condition of the wedding)
    • Schedule and attend meetings with wedding vendors
    • Wedding Planning (meeting to identify Client's needs and priority requirement, develop meeting agendas, and identify chain of command and directives)
    • Provide calendar pre-wedding checklist
    • Survey (verify conditions and parameters on wedding and/or reception site)
    • Conceptual development (assist in designing wedding and reception theme )
    • Schedule a tasting with your caterer
    • Assist with catering and menu selections for outdoor events
    • Couture Weddings Hawaii can be present at tastings and facilitate meetings with your Catering Manager
    • Assist on Banquet Event Orders with your Catering and Event Manager
    • Actively research for venues and attend meetings ( based upon my availability )
    • Oversee decorations and floral set-up
    • Design a detailed itinerary for the wedding party and wedding/reception program
    • Available to assist with the rehearsal dinner for an additional fee
    • Facilitate and organize the rehearsal and wedding ceremony
    • ( 3 ) Three Couture Weddings Hawaii Coordinators assigned on your wedding day
    • Oversee all vendor commitments
    • Request in advance for a to-do list from the bride and groom ( must be approved by the Coordinator )
    • Dress tables according to the specifications of the bride and groom
    • Breakdown table decor ( pack and wrap )
    • Deliver payments and gratuities to wedding vendors
    • Administration (delivery and acting liason between vendors and Clients)
